I found this four minute workout in my husband’s Men’s Fitness Magazine and LOVE IT! Choose a workout move (e.g. bicep curls, squats, push-ups) and follow these easy steps for four minutes: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off…repeat for four minutes!
EXAMPLE)
0-20 seconds: bicep curls
20-30 seconds: rest
30-50 seconds: bicep curls
50 seconds to 1:00 minute: rest
REPEAT until you reach four minutes.
What’s great about this workout is you can do just one move if you’re short on time and still feel sore the next day! I like to do a circuit including arms, abs, legs with 1 minute cardio in between the 4 minute sets. If I do this whole circuit twice, I can get a killer workout in 30 minutes!
